It amazes me how much I do on autopilot without even considering – is this the best and most effective use of my time, energy and resources. What normally triggers a deeper look for me is when I get frustrated with my current results. It’s often this reflection time, that I say to myself – “hey am I doing the same stuff, expecting different results”!
We’ve all heard the definition of insanity (banging your head against a wall…) but sometimes we just get too busy and forget to reflect and ponder about what else we could be doing to get better results.
