The world was changing as we knew it. The consumer was going online in droves. Search engines were becoming the goto for research and social media was evolving into their own little countries. Companies like Google, Facebook, and YouTube were forever changing how business would be done.
2004 At this time our founder George Gill owned and operated a B2B service business providing mobile and telecom communication management services. The business used what today would be called traditional marketing strategies like cold calling, direct mail, newspaper, and trade magazine advertising.
But along with this new frontier meant those businesses who were not ready and not changing with the times, were declining. And we were one of them.
We began by hiring different service providers to stop the bleeding. Website designers, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialists, Programmers were engaged. Managing them was a challenge, but the greater concern was the disconnect between these providers.

Something had to change or the company George had put his life, sweat and tears into, would come crashing down.
The circumstances were now reaching urgent levels and the time to act was now. Continue from this point forward status-quo and hope for better results, or take bold action and control the outcome.
2006 By 2006 George had built an internal team of specialists covering each component of online marketing and development. The business was turning around as online became our primary business growth focus.
We had built a service, that we knew other small businesses could benefit from.

2007 Customers were receptive to the message we were communicating. One provider, one solution for all of your online marketing and development needs. We expanded internationally, now servicing Canada, the United States, and soon globally.
2009 With a strong belief in data and optimization combined with accountability, George believed every business owner should know and understand some key metrics about their business and not simply trust blindly.
So in 2009, we developed an online training program, teaching business owners, marketers, and team members how to use and grow their business with Analytics. Our Google Analytics training has now been taught in over 65 countries and over 2000 students have studied Google Analytics in our program.
2011 By this time, our team had grown and to remain cutting edge meant hiring based on skill, not geography. Our company expanded our team from all corners of the world and globally our operation moved to full WFH infrastructure.
To this day although we have sales offices in Toronto, Ontario and St. Petersberg, Florida, our entire operations team works from home offices.
We have mastered communication, project management, and team-building skills all using technology as we prepare for future growth opportunities as the world continues to change.
Over 65% of our clients we have never met in person (lots of web conferences 🙂 and we pride ourselves in helping each of our clients embrace technology as a key component to their growth and us as a key part of their team.
