Your business will have clear insight into the work being performed, the results realized, and the challenges faced. Additionally to your allotted packaged hours, you have unlimited email support with our in-house support team. Our partnership is an extension of your business with the best-in-class digital team at your disposal.

TIMING

We will begin with a discovery call, where we get to know your business better. During this time we will agree on an initial strategy. Our team will then develop the strategy for implementation with the associated benchmarks and assign the resources. Services, timelines, and scope of work will be determined based on the hours available and the agreed-upon strategy.

Upon completing your subscription, you will be emailed a link to book your discovery call via our client support team.

JOINT ACCOUNTABILITY

The following outlines the responsibilities and accountabilities of both parties to promote a successful project;

You will (where applicable for the services required);

  • Provide Admin access to your Content Management System (Website CMS)
  • Cpanel Access to your hosting account
  • Google Analytics Access including Search Console
  • Facebook, YouTube, AdWords, Bing, Admin access
  • Provide access to key people
  • Provide an internal contact person
  • Provide an internal person responsible for capturing regular photographs and videos (if social media is a selected service)

We will;

  • Respond to your inquiries within one business day
  • Ensure strict guideline of ethical link building practices
  • Provide transparent reporting for evaluation
  • Sign non-disclosure agreements (if required and supplied by customer). Please note, we do not offer exclusive agreements.
  • Guarantee the quality of our work

We both will;

  • Immediately inform the other of any developments we find that might materially affect the success of this project. Whether directly related to the project or not. 

Terms and Conditions

The following outlines the terms and conditions of the agreement and the packages available.

These fees are billed monthly in advance. Either party may cancel this agreement at any time with a 60-days written cancellation notice. If the project is delayed or rescheduled by mutual agreement; the payment dates and amounts must still be met. We guarantee the quality of our work in terms of meeting our agreements, conducting programs, providing deliverables, and so forth. 

Unused hours carry forward into the following month and have no cash value but do not expire as long as the account is in good standing.

By subscribing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and the entirety of this agreement.
